2929Twelve was Dorado Capital’s first development project, a 6-unit luxury condominium in Washington, DC Despite construction mainly occurring during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the project was delivered within budget and time expectations, with sales beginning 18 months after acquisition. The total sell-out of the project occurred within 24 months of land acquisition.
